Delivery:
Our customer service and delivery teams will contact you to ensure a hassle-free delivery.
Free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt to your shipping address. If a customer fails to receive this delivery, an additional visiting fee will be charged for the second attempt.

If you don't pick up your package within 10 days, it will be held at the nearest delivery hub. Gravityshade reserves the right to amend or cancel the order after that.
Installation:
Your product may or may not require installation help upon delivery, depending on the delivery condition. If the delivery condition is pre-assembled, there is no need to install it. The item arrives completely assembled and ready to use.
Expert Assembly - Gravityshade will provide carpenters to complete the correct installation and assembly.
