Delivery: Our customer service and delivery teams will contact you to ensure a hassle-free delivery. Free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt to your shipping address. If a customer fails to receive this delivery, an additional visiting fee will be charged for the second attempt. Our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your building in the absence of lift. In such circumstances, there are additional expenses per floor for delivery to the customer's floor (on request). Weekend or time-specific delivery incurs additional fees. If you don't pick up your package within 10 days, it will be held at the nearest delivery hub. Gravityshade reserves the right to amend or cancel the order after that. Installation: Your product may or may not require installation help upon delivery, depending on the delivery condition.
If the delivery condition is pre-assembled, there is no need to install it. The item arrives completely assembled and ready to use. Expert Assembly - Gravityshade will provide carpenters to complete the correct installation and assembly. Basic assembly/DIY – the product only requires little installation/assembly, which can be completed by the client with the help of simple tools and the assembly instructions provided. There's no need for outside help.
